Password Change/Removal

This service includes resetting your Windows login password, resetting your Mac login password, or resetting any online account password. If you are locked out of your computer, an in-home visit is required. If you need online account assistance, remote support is available.
PC Cleanup
$149
This service includes general temporary file cleanup, disk cleanup, registry error fixes, group policy fixes, updates, startup items, and a basic virus scan. This service is considered regular maintenance and is recommended every 3-6 months. Can be done remotely or in-home.
Virus Removal/Scam Cleanup
$149
This service includes the PC cleanup service, running a suite of virus and spyware removal tools to target infections, as well as regular maintenance such as updates. This service covers instances where a scammer has managed to take control of the device.
New Device Setup
$99
This service includes the initial setup of a new computer or phone, all updates, and installation of up to 5 programs. Does not include data transfer.
Data Transfer
$149
This service includes backing up your data from a working device and transferring it to 2 other devices ex. external hard drive and laptop. Additional charges for data transfers over 100GB.
Data Recovery
$149
This service includes the attempted data recovery from a computer that will no longer boot, or recovery or recently deleted or lost files, and transferring the data to 2 other devices.
Diagnostics
$99
This service includes manual diagnostics as well as running hardware diagnostic scans in order to determine issues with specific components, and determining if repair or replacement is a better option.
Level 2+ Data Recovery
$1199
Level 2+ data recovery involves clean room recovery by our data recovery specialists. Physically damaged drives, water damaged drives, and drives that no longer spin fall under this category.
Network Setup and Connect
$149
This service includes connecting modem and router to ISP, setting custom SSID and password, and connecting up to 10 devices to the network.
Email Support
$99
This service includes logging in with up to 3 email addresses, if using webmail includes bookmarks and shortcuts. If using an email client this includes loading PST file. This service also includes helping with setup of a new email address with proper security and recovery options.
Printer Setup/Troubleshooting
$99
This service includes unboxing and full setup of one printer, wired or wireless, connected and tested to be working with one device. Includes driver installation and test print to confirm functionality. $19.99 per additional device setup and tested to confirm functionality. Includes basic limited troubleshooting.
Hardware Repair/Upgrade

This service includes standard hardware repair and replacement such as RAM, SSD, battery, charging port, CPU, AIO/cooler, fans . Does not include repair or replacement of physically damaged devices such as cracked displays. Does not include the cost of part.
